Think back and remember Tanya was always asking the soldiers attacking her why they were invading her country. Doesn't sound like they were the aggressors too me.

The empire politicals though of it as a good chance to get rid of an enemy and mustered their troops north. Taking this oppornunity france declared war. After months of a stalemate Dacia took their chances and also invaded. After the victory against france, Dacia and the northern state the UK and Sowjets also finally declared war on the empire. So the empire is trapped in an endless war because of their victories and the fear of other countries

2022-01-10 02:32:24 +0000 UTCI don't know the context of this ones war but the first WW wasn't Germany wanting to take over the world but defending themselves against a lot of countries, Now don't be mistaken, around WW1 everyone was itching to go to war and the killing of the Austro-Hungerian prince led to a chain reaction in the form of alliances making it a Giant war. Could be something similar? But from the little context I have it would seem that The Empire is the defenders to very aggresive neighbors. Granted The Empire are expanding hard through this but It's mostly the same situation as WW1 Germany in that it's a very Young but powerful country which has the other superpowers scared.
