2022-05-24 01:22:43 +0000 UTCI think the problem with the fate/zero debate is that it mostly spoils the Fate (which doesn't have a proper adaptation, only the Deen one) and HF (which came later) routes of F/SN. In the VN you have the Fate route which is normal, then you have UBW and HF in which we get deeper, giving new information that changes how you view certain characters and events, but Fate/Zero spoils several of these in the very first episode.

2022-05-23 10:32:30 +0000 UTCWhile I do agree with most of what you're saying, I think another factor to think about as a reactor or for viewers of react channels is if that show has a lot of reactions online or not. So far, I only see Iruma, Zero, and Fate on the list that has a relative number of reactions. The rest are either too old, or too niche so it's good to try out those shows to get the attention of new audiences. I know that's the main reason why I became a Patron of FreshestAnime... he had content that I had a hard time finding elsewhere.

Not sure how I would like Iruma since Ive just seen so many damn demon lord school stuff, but hopefully this IS NOT like Strongest Sage, Greatest Demon Lord, Misfit of Demon King Academy, etc. Fate is action... me like action

Little chance of swinging it much, so I'd rather vote for something that I fully watched and enjoyed than what I've placed on hold/dropped, so Spice and Wolf it is. It definitely became a bit classy as time went by and had insaaane popularity back in the day. Although not for everyone. As the future fan of Ascendance of a Bookworm, I liked it. Definitely of the similar vibe. The type of shows which nowadays almost never get animated or adapted. 😗

Spice and Wolf is a little different from what is currently out there and I think it would be a good breather in that it is a bit different from the rest of your content. Fate is also almost guaranteed to win another poll in the near future since it is so popular, so hopefully you'll get a chance to reaction to something like Spice and Wolf, which is truly a classic and something a lot of ppl may not have even seen.

Also the fact that unless you are a bit older, not many people have probably even seen Spice and Wolf lol. #classic #holosupremacy
