Usually I only give a series a 3 episode window. Before I drop it, but I think your reactions kept me around more on this series than the series itself. I still think Bookwork season 1 is better than this.

2022-06-13 05:04:50 +0000 UTCOk, Bookworm has 3 seasons of world building though. This has 10 of upsides. There’s a lot to be said about the intriguing nature of this series. I think it’s a fantasy series more than sci-fi, though some sci-fi laments are showing now it’s d finitely gif more fantasy elements with character races, magic, demon lord, and tc.

2022-06-13 04:06:53 +0000 UTCI would have given up on it by episode 5 too. It wasn’t until episode 6 that I started finding it interesting. Bookworm has 3 seasons of development. Season 1 was aight until the end when Myne goes Vader and we get a glimpse at the next step in her journey. If you’re looking for new and inventive n the fantasy/isekai genre, good luck. There’s only a handful of truly great isekai. In my opinion only 2 S Tier maybe 5 or so A tier a few B tier and mostly C/D tier.

2022-06-12 19:06:07 +0000 UTCSorry. Gotta disagree with you this show is mid at best in all categories. Even as an isekai it's mid. It was boring until the hero switched the playing the villain. I don't think that makes it good. It just finally got interesting. To be honest I would have given up on this show by ep 5. There is so much better stuff out there, and I don't have the kind of free time to waste on a show this weak anymore. Animation, characters. story, acting, sound design. It's all mid tier stuff I have seen before in so many other mid tier anime. Book worm is better than this show by miles.
