It just sad that there no kirisu here so don’t expect for her apparent in any kind soon

You can still figure it out without 23b but it is explained in the source material right away and isn't really supposed to be a mystery. In any case it's fair to say this is NOT a sequel to Steins;Gate's ending. 😆 You can either watch 23b or keep going with 0 and try to figure it out. By the end of the show you should know for sure with or without 23b but If you would rather not be second guessing yourself every episode you can watch it.
