I kinda want to know more about Amane and her Father (?) and Landlady (aunt Mikkity lol). This mini arc was too fast for me) Also answering your question: "Why they don't recognise Satan?". I don't think that low level soldiers may know Demon King himself (who they think died in battle). In nowadays is easy to know your country's president because of TV and internet.
