2024-06-19 02:19:40 +0000 UTCThe Monkey Pox failure isn't the first US health failure. There was a vaccine for Smallpox during the Revolutionary War- Washington forced the troops to be vaccinated. And it took until the 1940s to finally eradicate Smallpox in the US(around 180 years later). There were actually Court cases in 1905 where it was ruled legal to forcibly vaccinate unwilling people (yes, there were anti-vaxxers back then, too) The 1918 Bird Flu/Spanish Flu epidemic was another failure, and the Covid-19 problems were eerily reminiscent of that earlier one.

I never found the appeal of owning a large estate with how minimalistic I am as I usually just stay in my room. I wonder how his older brother will feel once he finds out what Farma's accomplished and if he'll be a part of the group that knows his secret.

Definitely more focused on fantasy/science than any sort of harem/romance plot, as you said. Good stuff. Speaking of grand halls, aristocracy buildings and such. If one day Ascendance of a Bookworm will get more anime adaptation, I'd love to see the interior design of all places characters get to be in that story :]

2022-09-05 05:19:51 +0000 UTC[Cut contents from manga that somewhat related to this episode] The anime cuts the entire arc where the tall brother comes home in person, and neglects the narrative of other notable people who will support the current arc. While there are more stories gotten cut, those characters story cut will probably make the reveal of characters rushed as more people will show up to help. I assume that those stories are not grand in scale for the sake of pushing a one-cour season's big finale. Hopefully the anime studio will fill those stories into season two (also wish for it to happen.)
