I have also heard horrid things about vimeo. Many content creators hit that view count ratio and have vimeo start demanding sharp increases in money rates, and tend to "lose" creator content if they don't get their way. Another content creator I follow, YaBoyRockLee, ran into that issue several months ago and had to go through and start re-uploading a lot of his content to a different place.

I dont know how many, but a lot of creators stopped uploading to vimeo, because after a certain klick ratio on your videos. They start demanding A LOT of money for you to keep uploading there. My suggestion would be either https://streamable.com/ or https://jwp.io/. Both seem to be a popular choice for reactors right now and they dont have the same problems as vimeo
