2022-10-23 16:10:02 +0000 UTCNgl, the fact that they showed bits of the conflict on the streets between Earthers and Spacians, then the scene with Chuchu talking with what I believe might be her "family" on Earth, seems foreshadowing of something dark and heavy coming in the next few episodes... as what Joe mentioned, the light-hearted school setting is good and all but it would be even better if we get higher stakes for when actual conflict comes into the picture.

Its not necessarily a bad thing, however, it is very likely that this show is more streamlined to make it easier for audiences to get into the franchise. Its no Unicorn, since that is knees deep into the Gundam lore. It is also no IBO, since audiences might find a show from which 86 got inspired to be too ruthless for their general viewing.

It seems this one is more streamlined compared to the previous ones that had conflicts, which would normally result on constant loss on all sides through the cruelty of armed conflict. Sulleta might also be the most protected pilot from the franchise ๐ค. Whatever the case may be, considering that unlike previous shows of 25 episodes, this is only 12. I dont expect to see more than duels in a controled environment.
