my interpretation of the time weirdness is that it's nonlinear inside the pergatory world which is reenforced by the manga that dives into the formation of the battlefront and everything leading up to the show. its been awhile since i actually read the manga. This was my show back when i was younger... very relatable, it hit a cord with me... it always makes me smile seeing other people watch it. i've seen the show at least 20 times, it helped me through some bad times... this is one of those shows where i can see the flaws others see, but to me it will always be beautiful. this show is probably where my love of anime truly started. I could go on, but i feel myself starting to ramble and digress.

2024-07-15 09:25:58 +0000 UTCI know I'm quite late to answer that question, but yes, the english dub is good for this anime. I actually first watched it dub, because I was using an app that only had dubbed versions, and I quite enjoyed it.

What tied her down to this world was her regret and love of her siblings that died before her. She resolved herself to love just her siblings as to never forget them. In a way, she was being toxic to herself by not letting people get close to her emotionally.
