In case you never realized, Yule is related to Christmas. Yule log referred to the type of wood/log that is traditionally burned in the furnace during Christmas, but nowadays, if you hear the term yule log, it probably refers to the cake that is based on the tradition above.

She is then transformed into a Silkie. Which seems to be a mostly prankster spirit but seems to have a more favorable interpretation by japanese. So calling her Silky is basically the same as calling her banshee basically her species.

He's even more hostile towards Elias because of the fact that he's neither human nor a fairy. As for Silky, I guess Banshees in this world possess homes. In her backstory, she was in such a sorry state because the home she previously possessed crumbled and the inhabitants died. It's possible that the new home Spriggan introduced to her also had their inhabitants die at some point and maybe Elias bought the house afterwards. One of the things I love about this show is the recurring appearance of some minor characters from previous episodes. It's not like most other shows that introduce minor characters with their own mini side-arc, only to no longer use them in future episodes.

Heck there are different kinds of pizza depending on where you get it in America: Chicago deep dish, New York thin crust, etc. Because we’re the great melting pot, the foods and recipes brought here evolve and become Americanized. Tex-Mex is another example. Cornbread, deep-fried food, all the bad stuff. Apple pie is a good one, pumpkin pie (heck lots of pies are synonymous with Thanksgiving).
