Yandere Onee-sama is top tier XD Choking though, hmm... I get it, but it's not for me. Her Cid sensor is so strong that she knew that he left before watching her match. Poor man is in trouble. I'm with Touch Me. Imatry is a hero to us all. The conversation with Beatrix seems out of place, probably because it is. Possibly overanalyzing but it is fun. =) From what I can tell, Cid has 2 modes, Eminence in Shadow mode and BG MC Cid mode. From all the episodes we have seen, Cid mode relies on who is observing. He is the friend to the broke gambler, the useless brother to his overachieving sister, the dog to the princess. From the start, the background mode seemed reliant on the people around him but what happens when the observer is just as plain as this persona really is? The conversation seemed suspicious because it is. Beatrix thinks that Cid is suspicious because she can tell that he has the makings of someone strong but Cid continues to downplay his existence. It isn't a leap to think that Cid is intentionally being sus to keep up that feeling because "It is cool that someone incredibly strong thinks that there is something up with the unsuspecting Cid when everyone else thinks he is trash"
