Mikazuki is the man him just telling Atra he realized how precious she is to him and that he'll fight to stop her tears but it does feel like McGillis kinda screwed us on this one man should've double tapped on Gaelio

No one could use Bael because it requires the AV system which had been banned since the Calamity War. I think over time, people just kinda forgot about it and Bael became an object of myth, essentially it's Excalibur. McGillis thinks he's just pulled the sword from the stone.
