Episode 1 had some train shots, and Ragna was using a 19th century camera or w/e. I am 99% sure Dragons & perhaps even the Dragon God were genetically engineered into existence (so think of the "humanoid" forms being their fr fr forms, w/ the dragon visuals being the engineered aspect, I guess. I'm thinking of like Archons in Kamikatsu basically, but even more extremely modded), and inevitably caused the apocalypse by BTFOing the normies to almost no numbers. So random future tech shit exists, but it's a constantly diminishing resource w/o tech levels being able to keep up due to all the humans getting BTFO 24/7 by lesser dragons & occasionally genocide by superior dragons etc
