Kinda like politics as they are the top two concubines that the Emperor favours and it's possible that either of them might become an Empress in the future.

We knew she was the "hates to be bothered" or "doesn't like to be the center of attention" type MC... but when she showed that ruthless side of her, that we usually only see in antagonists or anti-heroes, my jaw actually dropped.

Because the other one was putting the tip she learned from MaoMao to good use for the emperor. ;) Basically she probably told her to give a tit job. I also don't know if Lady Lahlau is as arrogant as we saw her in the first episode, she was not in her right mind with her baby being sick, herself being sick, and insecure about her position compared to the other concubine. Interestingly the Pink Haired Concubine seems to not want to be the emperor's Concubine as she was jealous of the episode 3 girl who got to marry her childhood friend as a general, but the other one whose child died appears to want to be favored by the Emperor.

Because Lihua can't eat due to being BTFO physically, it means there's practically 99%+ leftovers, which are generally consumed by the ladies-in-waiting.
