She still is very skilled as in the novel they state that she was able to "masterfully" perry Karna's attack, and in the manga she was shown to be able to clash blows with him. She is inferior to Karna, Siegfried, and Achilles in skill but that's about it.

Mordred is kinda Berserker raw stats in Saber class, as her technique isn't as good as many other Saber class Servants, since she's always been a more stats-based brawler type fighter, using w/e is in the vicinity & raw STR hits to fuck shit up. In fact she CAN be summoned as Berserker, because its only requirement is for a Heroic Spirit to have gone mad at some point in their life, which is an easy enough qualification to meet by many Heroic Spirits when you think about it
