2023-12-13 05:28:23 +0000 UTCHis blessing is the guide, basically he starts high level near the beginning and has a bunch of common skills, but falls behind later in the playthrough. He's basically the character in Fire Emblem meant to help your units before they've leveled up.

2023-11-28 18:20:38 +0000 UTCLike I commented earlier, the Blessing of the Guide SPAWNS you at a high-rank knight level & stats, and gives you access to a bunch of generic capabilities as a type of platter thingie from all of the Blessings, and you can also yourself train generic skills that are generic to most all Blessings too as Gideon has done over his life. So even as a 3 y/o or w/e, Gideon would have been as strong as he is rn stats & level wise. After all, the only purpose of the Guide is to ensure the Hero doesn't get spawnkilled etc, and that's only good enough to about mid-game like w/ RPG style games, as in early to mid game the guide type mentor character usually gets clapped by the big bad end-game boss, which is what causes the player character to go defeat the mf to begin with. It's not stated anywhere, but we can presume that given the nature of the Blessing of the Guide, it likely has to spawn somewhere nearby when a Blessing of the Hero spawns to some random person as determined by w/e system automatically grants these Blessings to begin with
