Right now in the lead with 56 is Chivalry of a Failed Knight Second place with 43 is Highschool DXD Third is Wise Mans Grandchild with 33 Honestly all great shows that I think even if two of them loss you should consider reacting to them anyways when you get the time. Wise Mans is a pretty decent isekia and Highschool DXD gets shit on a lot for being hentaiesk but underneath the fanservice and the like is an amazing series with a great plot

My second recommendation is Kikansho no mahou wa tokubetsu desu this anime is what Gigguk claimed is just Redo of Healer. He is wrong there is no betrayal in it only the time travel aspect is part of it. The nobles are of course a bunch of stuck pricks but they are obstacles. The end goal is reversing apocalyptic events that are consuming the world while making sure everyone survives. The protagonist specializes in buffs, debuffs, and healing type magics.

Seiken gakuin no maken tsukai it is like a mix of Overlord, and Eminence in Shadow with a bit of Redo of Healer elements sprinkled in there. Those elements only make up the male protagonist character. He comes off kind of chunni but he is mostly serious. Which only is minorly comedic. RoH is in his background as character motivation. There is no sexual interest in his character but is mixed with the comedy aspect. It isn't an isekai.
