Season 2 is about to be hype. The Kyoto stuff isn't done yet in the manga but so far it's been really good and just gets more and more interesting.

Step 2: Make a substitute for the entire city of Kyoto so that the curse doesn't affect any of the citizens in the city. Step 3: Make a voodoo doll-like thingy to channel/concentrate the gigacurse into it to afflict the god with big damage. 26:00 Keitaro's true contribution is the 100% ghost appearance rate. I know it's hard to remember, but in episode one we see Yayoi talking about how if she's on her own the ghosts don't show up all of the time. Keitaro was basically bait for the ghosts to show up.
