This series has had some problems holding back future seasons. -It aired the same anime season as Asterisk War which is strikingly similar in most aspects to this anime(like Girlfriend Girlfriend S2 airing same time as 100GFs). -The Manga “ended” in 2017, but the Light Novels it was based on just published the final volume(19th) in Dec 2023. Most of the story wasn’t adapted. -Sales in Japan were good, but no official licenses for an English translation of the Manga for western sales occurred. -The publisher doing the LN English translation went defunct in 2020 after it had completed only 5 volumes.(Though, another publisher picked up the license in Nov 2023 to continue the English translations).
