Don’t really see why the resembles with John Wick make this show bad and/or not deserving a watch 😕 Like, John Wick wasn’t even the first story about revenge for the family to secret organization part of which mc used to be, it’s just the first to become so popular. Like, every second isekai anime has the exact same premise, but you still watch a bunch of these type of shows every anime season 🤷🏼♀️ And I personally find this anime more interesting than John Wick with all this ninja stuff (and I think they nailed all this family murder thing better than it was in John Wick, I really felt it + little kid makes the situation 100 times sadder and overall worse. In John Wick I almost didn’t care when his wife got killed, even for the dog I felt much more sad lol)
