This first season is just VOL 1 of the light novel. Its been adapted very faithfully and I'm really happy.

I'm not fully caught up to the novels yet, but this is all we learn about it in volume one/season one. My guess is, the world doesn't inherently know about these inhuman feats and it only deems it a problem when it disrupts society or causes a big enough disturbance. It's probably just something that happens eventually and not instantly. Plus, Dakai and Soujiro seem pretty tight-lipped about their past; maybe something happened that made them superhuman later in life and it was then they got teleported there

Why aren't they yeeted out as infants then, if the world should automatically yeet em out due to not falling within our Laws of Physics logic? It makes 0 sense for them to not be yeeted out as infants, since like in the case of Dakai, his ability is clearly biology related, and would be genetic anomaly of sensory organ nature, and thus wouldn't be a matter of training or anything (if it was a matter of training, this world would be drowning in Visitors by now due to sheer amount of humans in our world training 24/7). If it's not based on training, it should be an inherent trait, thus they should get the yeet upon spawning w/ said features, if it's a training related feat, then that's by definition NOT illogical, since training by definition means it's achievable within the frame of reference by anyone who simply trains

WTF are you talking about? How would they be from a different country, when they CAN'T EVEN USE WORD ARTS??? That literally implies they are from a different dimension entirely, and thus not at all biologically/physically capable of interfacing w/ Word Arts whatsoever, likely due to lacking some type of organ or Soul-based component of some kind

About your questions of the visitors: it's stated early on in the anime that they are essentially people who were isekai'd to this world because they were too strong to be logically possible in their old world. The novel expands upon that and states that everything in this world comes from our world. Our world works on logic, so anything supernatural or fantasy-like is sent to this world. Simply put, anything that doesn't make any sense or can't be explained by science is teleported to the world of Ishura. The difference between visitors (humans from our world) and Minia (humans from this world) is that visitors can't use this world's magic system (Word Arts)

Apparently the 3D sections are done by Sanzigen, who is a CGI-focused studio, and Passione has been working with them supportively (for 3D idol animes).
