If he has woken up and discarded his roots (which he did when he threw away the rope) that must mean he has eliminated all the nookers. I wonder how this modern world will react to him though as he's basicly a god reawakening. I could see a human villan making a lot of sense in the next arc. some evil genius scientist who wants to reverse engineer/steal fushi's immortallity or something. Can you imagine how the world would react if they heard someone in japan is immortal, can bring back the dead and recreate things at will. There would be a cold war, over trying to capture / seduce / own this powerful person. If you want to read ahead go for it you have the right to choose what you want to do. I'm an anime only person so I hope even if you do read ahead you will still react to season 3 when it comes out simply cause I enjoy hearing your and other opinions on anime due to not having anyone in my personal life who likes anime to talk with.

2023-03-13 14:35:09 +0000 UTCI read the manga, but I'm not caught up to the latest chapters. It's up to you but if it were me and knowing what I know, I'd wait for the anime seeing as to how well they adapted this season. The voice acting and music adds more weight to the story.

If you really feel like reading it, it might be better to do so because its possible to lose interest a bit by the time the next season comes.
