Guess he either has some type of Foresight ability or w/e he draws ends up becoming real (or assuming that Heaven creates the man-eaters, they could use his drawings as inspiration I guess?)

2023-04-17 15:09:43 +0000 UTCI think they are literal brother and sister. In episode 2 the guy who recognized her face mentioned her losing her brother. And the nurses keep referring to him as her brother. When someone themselves refers to an onee-chan or onii-chan it can be ambiguous sometimes, but I think they typically don't do that when referring to the relationship of other people.

The themes of this series, the art direction, and the general vibe just screams of high quality and production value. The story is super intriguing as well... this is the first time in a while where I might just complain that we have too many good shows this season... lol
