And if I remember correctly it seems like Maru has some sort of memory loss from his early ages? Maybe I am mistaken with that. But if that's the case, maybe he left the facility at some point and had the memory loss and since then he is Maru. But Maru has the power of his touch, to kill those Man Eater, which seem to be created in that facility. And those kids all have weird abilties, so even if Maru isn't Tokio, maybe he was in that facility at some point. We also don't know if maybe the Doctor is maybe in this Facility, the one from Kiruko's past. Since he did some weird stuff with Kiruko getting the Brothers memories/brain into the Sisters body. But if there really are 2 time lines, 1 is past and 2 is present, then it can't be that the Doctor is at the facility because that happened somewhat it in the present. Since Kiruko was already pretty much the ages she was in the flashback. So maybe in the Past the Facility went down, when Tokio tried to escape and during that time, the Man Easter escaped too, and the outside world went to shit because of that. But if that's the case, I would imagine that there can only be so many Man Eater, unless they still get produced somewhere. If it's not 2 times lines, then maybe Tokio will escape and will run into Maru and Kiruko and that way they find out about the Facility. I personally think that probably the AI/Mina changed the Camera Feed to cover up for Tokio. Because the 1 Guy wanted to go inside the Incubator Room, probably the one where Tokio was in... but then the Alarm went off and because of that he went to the Hall where Mina and the Wheelchair lady is to see what is going on. So yeah, I think she coveres up for Tokio, because she manipulates the Kids. Because she was probably the one who gave Tokio the message about the Outside, she was probably the one who took the photo of Mimihime and send it to Mushroom boy, I would imagine she probably told Froppy about the ventilation shaft so that she finds the "babies" or something etc. And Mushroom boy is just like "I wanna lick you up like some after lunch ice cream" Boy is super down bad. I mean, all of them seem down bad. The Girls that are kissing, the Boy wanted to kiss Tokio, the other Boy Kona wants Tokio too and Tokio wants him. But I guess that stuff is somewhat engraved in our dna... otherwise Humans would've haved lived so long if they never had such urges. So yeah, this is pretty crazy... there is just so much to theorize

Kona コナis a boy, the name is mostly used as a girl or neutral like Jessie. After seeing this episode I also think “time” plays a big role. What if the inside and outside are actually two timelines? What if the AI Mama asked Tokio the question if she wants to go out and helped with the security camera? Why do you think in both occasions, the ones who are sick with plague are so protective of Tokio/Maru? If they are creating monsters or superhuman with the faceless creatures. Are they actually the same thing but mutated? Like the fish with hands. And the bird thing in previous episode. Were they people? What if Maru is the faceless baby Tokio almost touched? Im speculating like crazy.
