2023-05-14 15:50:01 +0000 UTCSooo... about the CPU swapping, some laptops do have the modularity to replace the CPUs so long as it is still compatible with the mobo socket (similar to desktop CPUs). The show just "so happened" to show such a laptop... is it a stretch, sure... but not impossible. I've personally replaced an old laptop that had a 6th gen Intel CPU with a 7th gen one, which are both compatible with the same mobo. Had to source the CPU on Ebay, though, since they no longer sold those laptop grade CPUs in stores.

The CPU is a stretch since its probably a shitty school computer. External GPU just need a fast USB port so .. could work. Also, she has the same bday as me :P
