Something that really sucks that I realized is given what we’ve seen with the girl in the hospital, I feel it’s almost guaranteed the hotel king girl is also infected and going to turn into one of those monsters seeing as the Maru touch worked on her

2023-05-21 20:15:25 +0000 UTCI think that the diseased girl is Mimihime (the girl from the center with an animal ears) and Dr. Usami is Shiro (the boy from the center with a mushroom-style haircut). That’s why he’s so good with technical and mechanical stuff (we’ve seen him doing some machine building in ep 1 or 2, it seems like it’s his inhuman ability). He was in love with Mimihime and had white hair and blue eyes. And that will explain why he knows so much about Man-eaters and why he had this button with bird symbol. And also, before Maru offs the girl with his touch, we can see her smile and it looks just like Mimihime’s smile. And in the end of the ep we see Mimihime all alone and scared in the dark, but then Shiro (most definitely) appears and grabs her hand (cause he decided to die with her), and the darkness becomes a wide blue sky which she wanted to see before death. And as we know, she had an ability of prediction. So probably this dream was her foreseeing her death. Also she said Tokio in the ep 1 that a guy with her face will come to save THEM. She probably meant Shiro and herself, not everyone in the facility. So I’m more than sure that it’s them…

2023-05-21 00:52:35 +0000 UTCI got a CRAZY theory goin on but I need like ONE puzzle piece to show up otherwise the whole thing falls apart. I dunno if this is my fave show of the year but it's the one I think about the most in between episodes.
