So basically, if I'm understanding this correctly, Shaddiq manipulated how everything was supposed to turn out with the school being attacked to show both sides that the casualties aren't exclusive to the Earthians... that even Spacians, who are far from Earth, will be dragged into this conflict. Unfortunately for Shaddiq, in the same way he took advantage of Guel's dad wanting to assassinate Miorine's dad, Prospera was also taking advantage of his plans to fit her own agenda. Shaddiq never intended for Miorine to get dragged into his plans in the way that it played out (it seems apparent that Shaddiq still feels some type of way for Miorine, or is concerned for her at the very least) but in the last few episodes, we've seen Prospera coerce Miorine into making moves of their own as well. This is always what I love about the Gundam franchise... the conflict they portray is seldom black and white. And when sh*t hits the fan, even minor characters dying is such a punch to the gut.
