2023-06-17 20:50:27 +0000 UTCRemember that Kiriko or w/e the sister's name was called, got shot in the head (there's a bullet-size suture area too in addition to the head cut stitched area once the wraps get the yeet), which is why the doctor decided to transplant the lil bro's brain into her body, as her brain was no good anymore due to headshot, and he was missing all but torso + head, so he could at least save 1 vs 0, so he did ASAP. I assume Robin blam'd her in the head from behind, hence why he's so fucking spook'd here as you pointed out he looked more spooked than "sobbing" as the subs for some reason claim. Would also explain why he fucked off to begin with without going to the hospital that had 2 of his "family" there. I don't believe his statement about going to look for the doctor since he pulled that shit at the end at any rate
