Lancer isn't wrong when he says that if Saber pursues him that she'd die. At the time she was injured from his Noble Phantasm, and he can actually spam that Noble Phantasm. And with her injured, she wouldn't be able to counter it as well anymore.

While "Grand Order," "Apocrypha," and "Strange Fake" are related in some ways, they are separate stories with minor connections, nothing too significant to be concerned about. In my honest opinion, if you have completed both "Fate/Zero" and "Fate/stay night," you already possess a substantial understanding of the "Fate" franchise's lore, offering you enough material to delve into the series. Other spin-off series have moved away from their connections to "Fate/Zero" and "Fate/stay night," so consider them as fresh takes on each story.

2023-07-02 15:57:02 +0000 UTCIts actually fine to watch strange fake because it wont really spoil any major plot points in the other adaptations except a few character reveals. Just keep the fact in mind that all Fate series share the same/similar universe but the writers of the main series, apocrypha and strange fake are different people and on grand order are multiple guys writing so there is no point in getting confused by watch order after the main series. The reason why they all say that you need to watch everything else first are the character reveals and backstories to get an better understanding beforehand. So just do what you want to do most people will be fine anyway.

This fan base is so confusing.
