If they show her falter and or at least face the dilemma that causes her to decide how to proceed and she overcomes her past to want to live and actually change in a serious moment then if that's done well and conveyed properly it can be fantastic.

Basically she feel in Love with Oliver but did so in the context of a sword duel when their hearts were bared, Oliver doesn't connect Love with Combat so he basically rejected her, and she was sad because she was dumped after her confession. Basically she has to learn to express love through non violent means. There is a quote from Ender's Game "The Moment I am about to kill my enemy I understand him and thus I love him" its something like that. Basically she felt Chemistry based off their swordplay. Is it weird and messed up? Yes, but that's how she feels and what she knows.

Voice sounds hella familiar at least Also the title is specifically like that prolly cuz after X amount of time someone finally creates a 7th type of Spellblade when for a longass time there's only been 6 so far. Oh I suppose the title is useful to denote the type of magic system they are using in-universe too of course, but the number is to denote this sudden change in the meta, so to speak
