I still think the daughter of the werewolf that was killed by the human village and cast out by the werewolf village is the culprit, she replaced the human girl that looked like her and has been targeting both human and werewolf girls and making it look like the other to start a war between the two for revenge of the two communities that betrayed her mother.

What if certain tools were crafted by someone in the human village to put the blame of the human village's murders on the werewolf? What if someone with werewolf bloodlines and a human were doing things separately for the same purpose of causing hatred from both villages?🤔

They are all pretty much within the same-y age range i.e puberty too. Also WDYM "because Nora is half-human"? Her blood would still smell like NORA'S BLOOD, no?? So in addition to Nora's Blood, there's some type of blood that smells LIKE Human Blood (so maybe the asshole Moriarty sent someone to fuck shit up? We did see the Frankenstein monster dude using binoculars to observe shit earlier right? When Aya & co arrived to the human village), which doesn't go anywhere from the spot, which is weird since there'd have to be a trail coming to that spot or away from it either way, unless the mf can teleport or do some magic shit I suppose
