But yeah I guess Vice Admirals would be very strong right now, but I think every rank under Vice Admiral we already fought at Enies Lobby aka Rear Admiral, Commodore, Captain, Commander etc. and Zoro, Franky and the others didn't had to much trouble fighting them eventhough it was many of them.

2023-09-25 21:54:55 +0000 UTCI guess you know it by now but just to clarify again, so you can maybe just ignore it. But it's Fleet Admiral = The Boss of the Navy so to speak. Which is Sengoku Admiral = There is 3 of them and they are basically the Strongest in the Navy. We have now Kizaru and we know Aokiji. So you can expect Kizaru to be strong, since you were wondering if you can become a Admiral and still be ass. Vice Admiral = They vary in strenght. For exmaple we had T-Bone who got defeated by Zoro in a matter of seconds. Granted, it wasn't really a fair 1v1 fight. But if he was stronger then he could've still done better. But compare that with Garp who could wipe the floor with Luffy right now. I mean, back in Water 7 Sanji and Franky couldn't even stop Garp from getting to Luffy because he was so fast. So if Garp would've actually fought them they wouldn't stand a chance. And the Balance of Power is basically Marine Headquarters + 7 Warlords = 4 Emperor
