Takagi actually makes sense in the voice acting roles for mainstream and long-running series. The producers will actively try to avoid hiring the same voice actress who's already voicing a heroine from another long-running series. That would make multiple heroines sound the same in their several flagship titles and will affect the branding itself. And the VAs probably won't be able to commit so they tend to focus on a main role in one long-running series and would only pick up small roles in other seasonals if they still have the time. If you haven't noticed, +Natural is implied to become a long-running anime like Crow, not a seasonal one. That supports Takagi's statement as well.

2023-10-07 08:01:18 +0000 UTCThe wiener pun was because Nizuma said Ai wa Katsudon or Love will pork cutlet. It's a pun because katsu means win in Japanese. So the best possible pun translation would be to go from winner to wiener for a food pun. Hope that cleared up the confusion. I really liked how good of a job the translators did with the subs on ep 1 with Nizuma's puns.
