Damn I’ve noticed in this part specifically they try really hard to make the hero not look as pathetic. During this whole time Liselotte was extremely pissed off and annoyed by him in her head and constantly complaining in her thoughts. They also changed the part where Rio moves the swords off the road then the “hero” gets jealous and goes to pick it up as a metaphorical dick measuring contest and barely is able to lift it off the ground. In the novels he’s really supposed to be the butt of every joke character but they try really hard to make him seem not that bad in this which is a shame cause he is really lame and annoying
