I don't think I will be watching more of the live action at the moment though. Maybe after we finish the anime. I just don't want it to be spoiled. Apparently its already dangerous territory as is.

Obviously prefer the manga/anime, but I really liked the direction they went with this: documentary-esque.

2024-11-30 05:29:33 +0000 UTCI am an anime-only, but I got majorly spoiled for the ending, so I just said eff it and read the Wiki page, and for your second point, as soon as I saw the title of the movie and what was said in the flash-forwards, I was flabbergasted lol

2024-11-29 02:38:51 +0000 UTCcouple of things: 1)those interview moments are from the manga, the anime didn't adapted those for some reason. 2)this episode had very heavy spoilers to anime only watchers about a future arc that will be adapted by my calculations in season 4) 3)when they meet kana the lines in Japanese clearly state the whole "crying in 10 seconds" but for some weird reason the translator changed it to fit a pun instead of just copy the pun from the anime which worked a lot better. overall the episode was not bad, they skipped very important scenes like the hospital scene and goro's death but for the most of it they hit all the other important notes and I kinda wish they added 10 more minutes to the 1st episodes to include that scene and I hope future episodes will be a lot more faithful since they won't have the pressure of compressing 90 minutes to 30+ minutes.
