Ok this new OP is so good. OP2 is still my personal fav but this I think is 2nd. It gives me the feeling that this next section will have higher stakes

I think the OP is good, but it is not a song I would listen to in private. Danger Danger (S1 OP 2) is still my favourite of all the SLF songs. But I think the ED is the best of all for SLF so far. And if Rei-Shi hit 3 of both attacks in previous episodes, she has 5 in total. She hit 1 "Apocalypse" at the beginning of the EP, then 2 "Catastrophe" and 1 more "Apocalypse" at the end.

ngl I really don't like this OP. It completely lacks the energy the previous ones had imo :/ Solo Leveling's is dope though

Just when I thought Solo Leveling had the OPs and EDs locked up before the first full week of the season... SLF went and dropped that OP and ED. Now I have no idea which I prefer more.

BTW: The VA for Ceecrue is Natsuki Hanae. He recently also voiced Okarun in Dandadan, Makoto in Tsukimichi, aswell as the protagonist in the game "Metaphor: ReFantazio". Of those 3, this specific version of his voice is almost identical to his performance as Makoto in Tsukimichi. (I recently rewatched that one, so it was extra obvious to me.) Edit: The group you were thinking of during the ending song is "Wednesday Campanella". The ending they did for Iruma-Kun was "Nabebugyou", better remembered by it's most prominent lyric of "Yami Nabe". (Which basically means "darkness hotpot", a party event where people make hotpot and put in secret ingredients that people brought along. Those secret ingredients can be nice stuff like good meat or veggies, could also be sweet chocolate or other weird stuff.) The latest opening song that they did - not entirely certain whether you were referring to that one though - was called "Akaneko" for the series "Red Cat Ramen" (Ramen Akaneko), which aired in Summer 2024. I really, really liked that series, although the animation was admittedly very low-budget, but it still had charm and was wholesome all the way.
