I'll say Kia is an exception, and that's also why I think she isn't qualified to be a Shura.

The only reason he kinda likes Harghent is because he raised Alus up from a young age (we saw some few seconds of flashbacks of Alus drinking from some cup in w/e slum Harghent was born/living at), as well as Harghent willing to sacrifice anything & everything for Glory. This willingness to sacrifice anything & everything for your goal is what makes Alus ADMIRE him, because it matches his own POV on reality, as Alus is the Collector, he will literally take w/e shiny artifacts he sees, and if the owner doesn't want to let go, he will simply cut them down & take it, simple as. Basically they are diametrical opposites POVs as wyverns. Regnejee is the Collectivist, while Alus is the Individualist of absolute extreme, ignoring pretty much anyone & anything else but the Self worldview wise. My point is that none of the Shura are essentially bad or good guys, they simply are the Strong, and thus they don't rly give a fuck about the Weak, who are irrelevant by definition due to being Weak
