2024-03-27 09:34:22 +0000 UTCThe reason why Luffy can use gears and no one else, is because he is Rubber. It got pretty much explained by Lucci in Enies Lobby. Gear 2 Luffy uses the Rubber to Pump his Blood which raises his heart rate, so basically he gets adrenaline. But if a normal person would/could do that, their heart would probably explode at some point. But since Luffy is rubber his Heart can endure it more. And well Gear 3, Luffy pretty much blows Air into his Body, which also only works because he is rubber.

Caesar obviously survived since mf is gas so the explosion didn't do shit since it doesn't have a Will to use Haki & all that. Also Haki ONLY negates THE BODY, but not anything spawned by a DF, or indirect effects caused by DF fuckery w/ physics etc. So if you yeet a ton of shit at someone by spawning it w/ your DF, sure they can prolly fist spam at the stuff & it will have somewhat comparable durability as its "natural" counterpart (although this can vary if the user has learned how to minmax specific aspects of X stuff, so you can make shit harder than would naturally be possible by, for example, compressing the matter down to artificial levels etc. And this only of course accounts for DFs that spawn natural types of matter/objects/whatever, and not DFs that have more artificial in nature materials/objects/whatever). So if you don't have strong enough Haki, you would still die if say Akainu busted on you w/ lava, even if you might be able to resist more than natural w/ Armament Haki, you'd eventually still get BTFO by the heat & melting nature of lava with or without Armament Haki. Oh and I suppose Zoans don't revert to their default form either, because it's a type of toggle ability on internal level, not an active Channel-type ability. I doubt the nose plugging would work, unless the Logia user's skill/power level was exponentially higher than the opponent's. Like say at least 3x higher where the opponent can't actually just evade/defend/counter that shit faster than the Logia user can execute it. But if you are 3x more OP you can just punch em & cave their skull in w/ 1 swing faster than they can react/block
