Normally I'd agree, but I feel like it was done intentionally to portray laziness from the villain. Nothing they have done has shown any semblance of ambition or drive. Even their speech is lazy and disinterested.

2024-03-09 08:43:45 +0000 UTCMaybe it's me personally but these villains with auto reflect damage armor and stuff seem like lazy and uninteresting villains to me. It's less about finding a weakness and making a plan and more about the one person with powers destined to defeat them and that's what seems to be the direction they're going in. I felt the same in JJK with Yuji and Mahito. Eh still enjoy this show and still think it's a decent isekai but I hope they make this villain more entertaining next episode cause in my opinion this show started off really good and I want it to at least have a satisfying conclusion.
