Doflamingo clearly shows how the OG 20 Kings got to where they are (well technically 19 I guess, since once again Nefertari don't count for post-war stuff etc rly), I bet that all the rulers from the 20 kingdoms were built like him more or less on avg, w/ similar skill level etc, hence why they won a supposedly technologically superior nation like the Ancient Kingdom (despite the 3 Ancient Weapons + other shit), cuz I'm quite sure they all had Conqueror's Haki etc too. Clearly 800+ years of pussyfication has ruined the big boi good genetics RNG over time, if we compare Doffy to 99% of Celestial Dragons we've seen, excepting maybe the Five Elder Stars since one of em looked pretty young & carried a sword, and even the old fart looking ones look absolutely shredded to a degree even tho we can't actually properly see under their clothes, at least some of have the build that still makes it obvious they are shredded af under the clothes
