2024-04-26 20:40:38 +0000 UTCthe well was freshwater its just that devil fruit users will get weak no matter what kind of water it is as long as they are submerged up to a certain point. I think if it goes above their knees is when they start to feel it. Seawater can weaken them just from touching it but if its freshwater they dont feel it until they are submerged.
