Seriously not good at all lol. Last 4th of July my company had a huge get-together and every store participated in a tug-of-war. My ass didn’t drink enough water that hot ass day and nearly died from heat exhaustion. Good thing one of the co-owner’s had a wife who was a nurse practitioner and seen what happened. She threw a bunch of cold towels + any item of fabric that can get soaked to keep most of my body cool because if she hadn’t, I would’ve had a heart attack.
