Commission: The Rising Cost of Medical School

We have a bit of a slow build-up with a montage over time, with two young friends, one of whom helps the other with her studies, only to expect payment down the road. It's not the best thing I've ever written, but it's a thing I've written and hopefully you'll get some enjoyment out of it. Cheers!
