It's a really nice epilogue montage. Though, since we're seeing all that, it almost makes me think there's no chance of an actual continuation for this series (maybe?).
This show does highlight another aspect of the entertainment industry, specifically bands having to deal with their struggles of trying to "make it big" and the contrast of being indie vs. being in an agency... things that I appreciate animes like this and Oshi No Ko bring to the forefront, especially for those of us who aren't quite into things outside of the anime/weeb community.

We were eating good with quite a few music-centric animes this season (that's not idol related). A lot of good romance ones the season before, as well. I'm curious to see what new gems we're getting next season.

I am not sure if you did notice but the ED actually is the epilogue, the story after the end of this last episode.
All Togenashi Togeari members were a little unmotivated after lose this live competition to DaiDust.
But Nina found a poster about DaiDust national tour and thought that they have no time to waste unmotivated and should go ahead and do a tour themselves too.
So she sent a chat to the band group they all agreed.
In order to perform the tour, Tomo asked Miura to take care of her pets while she is out and Muira agreeded.
Momoka rent a van, they all joined and start the new journey, but this time with Momoka driving, not Rupa, showing that Momoka improved her driving skills.
During the journey, we can see a lot of events happening, like:
Miura sent some pictures to Momo showing that her pets are doing fine;
Nina sent some pictures to her parents showing her traveling around Japan;
Subaru getting mad about Rupa and Momoka spending their limited budget buying a lot of beer and sake;
Nina and Momo fighting because Nina eat Momo's sweet. After it Nina buy a new one to Momo and Momo forgive her;
Subaru deciding to cut her long hair.
And after all those events, we can see Momoka taking Nina hands again and they stand up together and go forward.
In the end, on Nina's phone screen, we can see that it is no longer playing DaiDust music, but it is playing their (Togenashi Togeari) own music.
