It's just a hidden one which existence you learn about on the last island that all the Log Pose routes converge, but you can't get there without the Road Poneglyphs. I assume it's been stealthed like Punk Hazard was so that none of those pissant devices like Log Poses can be used to find it (leaving only RNG traveling in the area until you find it, or following the triangulation of the Road Poneglyphs, whichever suits you rly). I don't think they are Ds, but they are connected since Joyboy had to have commissioned the Kozuki clan to engrave the message to Poseidon back in the day when he failed to fulfill the promise. I assume they are splinters from the same civ or w/e (i.e somehow related to the Ancient Kingdom, hence why the clan decided to record the Poneglyph shit to indestructible blocks of specialized stone in a writing system that only they know about (well Ohara did manage to reverse engineer it based on similar measures as to how language breaking works IRL based on datasets etc from all the poneglyphs scattered in the world, but they are pros at that type of shit so...). I don't see why they would give a fuck about the Ancient Kingdom unless there's at least a tangential relation & all that). It's never been strictly speaking stated to be an ability exclusive to the clan of D, just that from the examples we as viewers know about the ones who hear the Voice of All Things are Roger & Luffy so far.
