2024-07-16 23:28:34 +0000 UTCThe "not having energy to maintain terrain effects" applies only to baby Ramiris BTW, not to the Ramiris we saw in the "Milim becomes a Demon Lord" backstory in S2 (gotta love the god-tier detailed af illustrations for the anime bits), which as you can see from the scaling is adult!Ramiris after w/e centuries/millennia she needs to grow up (we learned in S1 that Ramiris pepsi'd at some point before the story, hence why Treyni & siblings got lost from her, since she respawned elsewhere while they were elsewhere, and Veldora in his magnanimity took them in as caretakers of Jura Forest which is his house for centuries/millennia so far)

Volume 7 was the first half of the season, the whole stuff with Hinata and Luminus and all that. Volumes 8 and 9 will make up the rest of this season, most likely. The source material has enough non-important stuff that can be cut to allow this setup. (So essentially ~11 episodes for the volume 7 part and a combined 13 episodes for volumes 8 and 9)

2024-07-06 07:26:08 +0000 UTCThe Anime never mentioned this as they often let out these Details, but it was in earlier Volumes talked about how the Ranking of the Equipment looks like: Equipment can be classified based on its quality and Existence value into the following grades: Normal, Special, Rare, Unique, Legend and God Class Also what they didnt mention in the Anime, originally the magicules wouldnt have flowed so easily throughout the labyrinth and there might have barely anything reached the upper dozens of floors, so Rimuru gave Ramiris the Idea to include a sort of Pipe system that connects every single floor, giving each floor the chance to get a dose of Veldoras magicules.. the lower levels naturally got a higher Dose, which creates stronger monster, while the upper floors get a increasingly lower dose until its weak enough that only small fry Monster spawn in the upper floors.
