Wait so how exactly is Germa's Heavenly Tribute handled? I'm not 100% sure if it's land or population based as far as the costs go. And we know tons of kingdoms are literal shit for barely being able to manage to pay the Heavenly Tribute, but I'm not 100% sure how it would work exactly for Germa since it technically DOESN'T have land whatsoever, they are all technically on ships basically

2024-07-24 17:28:57 +0000 UTCNami is only a year younger than Sanji, but she was a full on baby when she was found by Bellemere. Also, Bellemere found Nami as a Marine fighting in the battle, but Germa is a WG aligned kingdom, so the Marines would not be at war with them.
