I get what you mean and he was absolutely outshined by Suho, but Park Ji Hoon's earlier roles were mostly bubbly and outgoing. So this was a side no one knew he had in him, aside from the director who picked him for this role. To stay in pocket and limit your expressions is a lot harder when you're not used to it. If he grows more, he can be an excellent method actor. Suho's actor has always delivered solid performances so far and I can see him rise to the same level as the main character of Itaewon Class. He has this certain gravitas to command the stage. Beomseok's actor is a wildcard to me. Loved his performance here, I just gotta see some more roles.

2024-07-28 22:42:20 +0000 UTCI don't think that the role of Sieun really allowed him a ton of freedom to be expressive and show his acting capabilities as much as others. By no means do i think he was bad, but I certainly think he was outshined. I think Suho's actor absolutely killed it and Beomseok's actor was great too, assuming he incorporated that nervousness and isn't actually nervous and awkward.

2024-07-28 14:44:01 +0000 UTCMost Idols are terrible actors in both Korea and Japan. Some Idols become decent actors. And very rarely will an Idol become a great actor. Park Ji Hoon is that actor. If he continues like this, he can become one of the greatest actors of his generation. He has already shown he's got depth, now all he gotta show is how much range he has. Also I think his father got up to speed and approved of what Sieun did. At least I would have approved if he was my son. Didn't know there was even a post credit until now.
