Joe really becomes a aficionado of Fanservice/Ecchi. Like others said, you should watch with the English Dub, but now it's also a bit late to say that because you already watched 4 out of 6 episodes. One last thing, the scene where we saw Kintaro betting on Horseraces, Drinking with Girls and having Sex, is what the President thought he did with the Money. Because that would be the "typical" thing for a Men to do. Getting lots of money and using it for pleasure.
