if you go back to the wording used by all of the school's instructors they say things along the lines of "i can't teach you." not you suck at x, y, and z. this is expressing his high aptitude for all of the class schools not his lack of ability

I think they sent Noor away to make the story stand out from other anime. Usually, the main character swooping in to save the day is predictable and boring. Anime doesn’t always follow logic. sometimes things seem silly, but they really hit you in the feels.

that man meant his parry skills. he was kicked because he had only parry skill. they knew he could parry that monsters

I would just drop this one. Get some more free time for yourself, or replace it with Bye Bye Earth/Nobody remembers me in this world which are both far less frustrating

I can't even get mad at Noor when he's clearly got some kind of handicap or something
everyone around him is super stupid

And just a simple 'can't' instead of 'won't' would've saved it, lol

Other people have mentioned that apparently "(I) won't save (him) anymore" is supposed to be "(He's) too late to be saved (by me)", seems like translation reviewing got parried too.

This anime follows the principle of a certain recent Disney show, "Without miscommunication, you don't have a show." And of course hiding behind flimsy reasoning.
